Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of R&D projects from conception to prototype deployment.
- Design and implement novel deep learning algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Conduct rigorous experimental validation and statistical analysis of research findings.
- Mentor and guide junior researchers and PhD candidates in best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate research into scalable solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest academic literature and industry trends to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in applied research, preferably within the AI/ML sector.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences or journals (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, Nature).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
