Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to pilot new product concepts.
- Analyze multi-variate experimental data to refine project outcomes and efficiency.
- Author technical documentation and patent applications for novel discoveries.
- Mentor junior research associates and foster a culture of rigorous scientific inquiry.
Qualifications
- PhD in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional R&D experience in a laboratory environment.
- Proven track record of taking complex concepts from prototype to production.
- Expertise in advanced characterization techniques (SEM, XRD, DSC).
- Strong proficiency in statistical data analysis and modeling software (Python/R).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to stakeholders.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
