Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end R&D lifecycles from ideation and feasibility to pilot-scale implementation.
- Design and execute complex experimental frameworks to validate novel material properties.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between laboratory research and commercial application.
- Author technical white papers, patent filings, and internal reports to document intellectual property.
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of rigorous scientific inquiry.
- Represent Nexus Innovations at international scientific conferences and industry forums.
- Optimize existing manufacturing processes through advanced material diagnostic techniques.
Qualifications
- PhD in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related physical science discipline.
- 5+ years of post-doctoral or industry experience in advanced research settings.
- Proven track record of publications in top-tier peer-reviewed journals.
- Expertise in analytical characterization tools (e.g., SEM, TEM, XRD, DSC).
- Strong proficiency in computational modeling and data analysis (Python, R, or MATLAB).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams in an agile R&D environment.
