Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end R&D project lifecycles from conceptualization to prototyping and validation.
- Design and execute complex experimental protocols to evaluate material properties and performance.
- Analyze multi-dimensional data sets to identify breakthroughs in molecular architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new material technologies into commercial pipelines.
- Author technical documentation, white papers, and patent applications to protect intellectual property.
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of rigorous scientific inquiry.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of industrial R&D experience, preferably in a fast-paced lab environment.
- Proven track record of scientific publication or successful patent filings.
- Expertise in advanced characterization techniques such as SEM, TEM, and spectroscopy.
- Strong proficiency in computational modeling software and statistical analysis tools.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing multi-disciplinary research projects.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for technical and stakeholder presentations.
