Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end research projects from initial hypothesis to functional prototyping.

- Design and execute complex experimental procedures, ensuring high data integrity and reproducibility.
- Analyze multi-dimensional data sets to identify trends, performance limitations, and optimization opportunities.
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of rigorous scientific inquiry.
- Publish technical findings and secure intellectual property through patent filings.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in an R&D environment, preferably in a corporate or high-tech startup setting.
- Deep expertise in polymer synthesis, surface chemistry, or nano-characterization techniques.
- Proven track record of taking products from lab-scale R&D to pilot production.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., Python, JMP, or R) for data modeling.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental alignment.
