Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of R&D projects from conceptualization to prototyping.
- Design and execute complex experimental protocols to validate novel material properties.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate new materials into existing product lines.
- Analyze data using advanced computational modeling and statistical software.
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of scientific excellence and safety.
- Prepare technical reports, patent applications, and white papers for executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Materials Science, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5+ years of industrial R&D experience in advanced materials development.
- Proven track record of successful product commercialization or breakthrough publications.
- Deep expertise in molecular characterization techniques (SEM, TEM, DSC, FTIR).
- Proficiency in Python or R for advanced data analysis and predictive modeling.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into business strategy.
