Qualifications
- PhD in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in an industrial R&D environment.
- Proven track record of successful patent filings or peer-reviewed publications.
- Expertise in advanced characterization techniques such as SEM, XRD, and FTIR.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high degree of technical curiosity.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience with project management software and agile methodology.
