Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end research projects from experimental design through to prototype development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate novel materials into product roadmaps.
- Author technical white papers, patent applications, and internal innovation disclosures.
- Analyze complex data sets to validate material performance under various stress conditions.
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of rigorous scientific inquiry.
- Represent the organization at international scientific conferences and industry forums.
Qualifications
- PhD in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related physical science discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral or industry experience in advanced R&D.
- Proven track record of innovation with at least 3 patents or high-impact peer-reviewed publications.
- Expertise in polymer chemistry, nanotechnology, or semiconductor fabrication processes.
- Advanced proficiency in data modeling software (MATLAB, Python, or R).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
