Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of industry experience in industrial R&D environments.
- Proven track record of innovation with peer-reviewed publications or patents.
- Proficiency in materials characterization techniques (SEM, XRD, DSC).
- Strong expertise in computational modeling and simulation software.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a bias for data-driven action.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams through complex project milestones.
