Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term R&D strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of researchers, engineers, and analysts.
- Oversee the full product development lifecycle from concept prototyping to commercialization.

Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Research & Development, preferably in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products or technologies to market.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or R, and data visualization tools.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
