Responsibilities

- Mentor PhD researchers and cross-functional engineering teams
- Prototype production-grade AI systems with 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Secure federal grants for ethical AI research initiatives
- Optimize models for edge deployment on IoT devices
Qualifications
- PhD in CS/ML with 5+ years industry experience
- Published >10 papers in AI/ML journals
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and CUDA optimization
- Proven track record of shipping production AI systems
- Strong background in reinforcement learning theory
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow)
- Proficiency in low-level C++ for performance-critical components
