Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end research and development lifecycle for new product concepts and technologies.
- Design, prototype, and validate complex systems using advanced engineering methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and marketing, to translate technical insights into business value.
- Conduct rigorous testing and data analysis to ensure product reliability and performance.

Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in R&D, product development, or a related technical role.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to commercialization.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java, and familiarity with simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, ANSYS).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
