Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of novel algorithms and deep learning models.
- Conduct extensive research to identify trends, opportunities, and technical challenges in AI.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate research findings into scalable products.
- Optimize existing research pipelines for performance, accuracy, and computational efficiency.
- Write technical documentation and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
- Present research findings to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in R&D, Applied Research, or a similar technical engineering role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Strong understanding of machine learning theory, statistical modeling, and optimization.
- Proven track record of publishing research papers or holding patents.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex problems.
