Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy robust machine learning models and statistical algorithms to optimize business processes and enhance user experiences.
- Design and manage scalable data pipelines, ensuring the integrity, quality, and accessibility of large datasets.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional product and engineering teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate business goals into data-driven strategies.
- Conduct in-depth exploratory data analysis (EDA) and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of new features.
- Communicate complex technical findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualization and storytelling.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, researching new techniques in Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, with experience in data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy).
- Expertise in SQL and experience working with large-scale data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences effectively.
