Responsibilities

  • Lead the conceptualization, design, and prototyping of advanced R&D projects from ideation to validation.
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns, develop algorithms, and optimize system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, and Engineering) to ensure technical feasibility.
  • Conduct rigorous testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and field trials.
  • Document technical specifications, research findings, and architectural decisions for the engineering team.
  • Mentor junior engineers and R&D interns, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Qualifications

  • B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in R&D environments, product development, or advanced engineering roles.
  • Proficiency in Python, C++, or Java, with experience in at least one major ML/AI framework (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proven track record of navigating ambiguity and technical uncertainty.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
