Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end R&D projects from concept to prototype development
- Design and conduct rigorous experiments using advanced analytical methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, manufacturing)
- Develop and optimize novel materials/technologies with commercial potential
- Document research findings and prepare technical reports/IP documentation

Qualifications
- PhD or MS in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on R&D experience in industrial or academic settings
- Expertise in experimental design, data analysis, and statistical methods
- Proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks/AutoCAD) and lab equipment (SEM, HPLC)
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage complex timelines
- Track record of publishing patents or peer-reviewed research
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and innovative mindset
