Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end R&D lifecycle from concept ideation to prototype validation.
- Design and execute complex experiments to validate new hypotheses and technologies.
- Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and optimize product performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and hardware engineers.
- Document technical findings, methodologies, and patents to support intellectual property strategy.
- Present research findings to stakeholders and technical conferences.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related STEM field.
- 5+ years of experience in Research and Development within a high-tech environment.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or MATLAB.
- Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of innovation and patentable contributions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
