Responsibilities
- Lead Research Initiatives: Spearhead the design and implementation of novel research methodologies to solve complex technical challenges.
- Prototype Development: Design, build, and rigorously test hardware and software prototypes to validate new concepts.
- Data Analysis: Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights and inform product strategy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate theoretical concepts into market-ready solutions.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to ensure project milestones are met with excellence.
- Documentation & Patents: Prepare detailed technical documentation and assist in filing patents for proprietary technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related scientific field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in R&D, research science, or a related technical role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java; experience with simulation tools (MATLAB, ANSYS) is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and innovate under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
