Responsibilities
- Lead research initiatives in advanced polymer composites and sustainable manufacturing processes
- Design and execute complex experiments with rigorous statistical analysis
- Develop technical specifications for new material formulations and production methods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into commercial applications
- Author technical documentation, patents, and peer-reviewed publications

Qualifications
- PhD in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on R&D experience in industrial or academic settings
- Expertise in polymer chemistry, nanotechnology, and characterization techniques
- Proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks) and simulation tools (ANSYS)
- Demonstrated success in developing intellectual property (patents preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in DOE and statistical analysis
