Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end research, design, and prototyping of innovative engineering solutions.
- Analyze market trends and technical requirements to define product roadmaps and R&D strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and software engineers to integrate technical findings.
- Conduct rigorous testing, validation, and feasibility studies for new prototypes and technologies.
- Document technical specifications, patents, and white papers to support intellectual property development.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Research & Development or a similar technical R&D role.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java, with a deep understanding of algorithms and data structures.
- Proven track record of successfully bringing technical concepts from the lab to market.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
