Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable automated testing frameworks for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to identify testable requirements and design comprehensive test strategies.
- Execute complex regression, performance, and security testing cycles to ensure zero-defect deployments.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and foster a culture of quality-first development throughout the SDLC.
- Analyze production logs and bug reports to identify root causes and implement long-term preventative measures.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines, integrating automated quality gates.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for testing processes and quality benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance with a focus on automation.
- Expert-level proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java).
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or Appium.
- Deep understanding of RESTful API testing and microservices architecture.
- Proven track record of working within Agile/Scrum methodologies in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
