Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain robust automated testing frameworks from scratch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define comprehensive test strategies and acceptance criteria.
- Lead root cause analysis and defect tracking for complex production issues.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Perform rigorous API testing and load performance analysis to identify system bottlenecks.
- Mentor junior QA engineers on best practices, TDD, and BDD methodologies.
- Continuously optimize regression testing cycles to improve team velocity and release frequency.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance or SDET roles.
- Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Deep expertise with Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress for browser automation.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or similar tools.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven ability to manage test data and environments in complex microservices architectures.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on collaborative problem-solving.
