At NexusFlow, we are building the next generation of cloud-native enterprise platforms. We are looking for a meticulous and visionary Senior QA Engineer to lead our testing strategy and ensure our deployments remain bulletproof. You will bridge the gap between development and operations, implementing robust automation frameworks that scale with our rapid release cycles.
Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define comprehensive test plans and acceptance criteria.
- Lead the execution of regression, integration, and performance testing across multiple environments.
- Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring timely resolution within JIRA.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and foster a culture of quality-first development.
- Participate in code reviews to provide feedback on testability and architectural standards.
- Analyze production logs to identify recurring bottlenecks and proactively prevent regressions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance within a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language: Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI).
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured.
- Solid understanding of SQL and database management for verifying data integrity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-hybrid setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
