Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end test automation frameworks using Selenium/Cypress
- Lead exploratory testing initiatives for complex web/mobile applications
- Develop comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Integrate QA processes into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/GitLab CI
- Execute load testing with JMeter/K6 for 100K+ user simulations
- Mentor junior QA engineers on best practices and defect analysis
- Collaborate with Product teams to define quality metrics and KPIs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with SaaS/Web applications
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Python/Java preferred)
- Strong proficiency in SQL and API testing (Postman/RestAssured)
- Experience with defect management tools (Jira/Zephyr)
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices
- Certified Software Tester (CSTE) or ISTQB Advanced Level preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
