Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Lead performance and security testing initiatives for cloud-native applications
- Develop comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and exploratory testing
- Integrate CI/CD pipelines with automated test suites for continuous validation
- Document test artifacts and maintain defect tracking in JIRA with detailed bug reports
- Mentor QA team members on best practices and emerging testing methodologies
- Analyze test metrics to identify quality trends and drive process improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with 3+ years in test automation leadership
- Expertise in JavaScript/Python for test scripting and framework development
- Strong knowledge of REST API testing with Postman and SoapUI
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, K6) and security testing (OWASP ZAP)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect lifecycle management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- Certifications in ISTQB or Selenium WebDriver preferred
