Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communication across departments to maintain transparency and manage expectations
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to optimize team productivity and adaptability

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; PMP or CPM certification required
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech or SaaS environments
- Expertise in Agile frameworks, Jira, and project management tools like Asana or MS Project
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and data-driven decision making
