Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test strategies covering functional, performance, security, and accessibility testing
- Lead automation initiatives using Selenium/Cypress, reducing regression cycles by 40%
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins/GitLab for continuous quality validation
- Drive defect resolution through JIRA/Confluence, maintaining 95% defect closure SLA
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best practices for test documentation
- Conduct root cause analysis of production incidents and implement preventive measures
- Champion quality metrics dashboards and provide actionable insights to leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA/Testing with 3+ years in test automation (Selenium/Cypress)
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA within cloud-native environments
- Strong programming skills in Python/Java and experience with API testing (Postman)
- Certified Professional Tester (CSTE) or ISTQB Advanced Level preferred
