Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end test automation frameworks using Selenium/Cypress
- Lead cross-functional quality initiatives with product and engineering teams
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Analyze complex user flows to identify critical test scenarios
- Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated testing integration
- Document test artifacts and drive quality metrics reporting
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA with 3+ years in test automation leadership
- Expertise in Selenium, Cypress, and JavaScript/Python
- Proven experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Strong background in API testing (REST/SOAP) and database validation
- Certified ScrumMaster or similar Agile certification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
