Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end QA test plans and automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Lead cross-functional quality initiatives with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams
- Execute manual and automated testing for web, mobile, and API layers
- Champion shift-left testing through CI/CD pipeline integration and test-driven development
- Analyze test metrics to drive continuous improvement in product quality
- Document test cases, defects, and quality metrics using JIRA and TestRail
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote quality engineering best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA/Quality Engineering with SaaS products
- Expertise in automated testing frameworks and performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Strong proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java, JavaScript) and SQL
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or ISTQB Advanced Level preferred
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into testable scenarios
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail in defect analysis and root cause resolution
