Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, performance, security, and regression testing
- Lead automation initiatives using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright to accelerate CI/CD pipelines
- Champion quality metrics and defect tracking using JIRA and TestRail
- Conduct cross-browser/device testing and compatibility validation
- Implement performance testing with JMeter and LoadRunner
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish QA best practices
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define quality gates
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience in SaaS or fintech environments
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Strong knowledge of API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Experience with performance and security testing methodologies
- ISTQB Foundation or equivalent certification preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
