Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans for web and mobile applications
- Automate regression testing using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright frameworks
- Lead defect management processes using JIRA and maintain detailed test documentation
- Conduct performance, security, and usability testing to ensure product resilience
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion continuous improvement in testing methodologies
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define quality standards and acceptance criteria
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA/testing with 2+ years in automation
- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and test integration with Jenkins/GitLab
- Strong knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and test-driven development
- Proficiency in SQL and database validation techniques
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent preferred
