- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Implement automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Lead defect management processes using JIRA and Confluence
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate quality gates into CI/CD pipelines
- Conduct root cause analysis of critical production issues
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion quality best practices
- Report quality metrics to stakeholders and drive data-driven decisions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software QA with 2+ years in automation testing
- Expertise in test automation frameworks and performance testing tools
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent QA methodology
- Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Knowledge of database testing (SQL, NoSQL)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
