Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive QA test plans and documentation
- Lead end-to-end testing cycles including functional, regression, and performance validation
- Develop automated testing frameworks using Selenium/Cypress and CI/CD pipelines
- Analyze defects using JIRA and drive root cause analysis initiatives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to define quality metrics and compliance standards
- Mentor QA team members and champion quality best practices across departments
- Conduct risk assessments and validate regulatory compliance (ISO 13485/FDA)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of QA experience in regulated industries (medical devices preferred)
- Expertise in test automation frameworks and scripting languages (Python/Java)
- Proven track record with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices
- Strong knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA QSR, and risk management standards
- Experience with defect tracking tools and quality management systems
- Certification (CSTE, CSQA, or ISTQB) highly desirable
