Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive test plans covering functional, performance, and security testing
- Lead automation strategy using Selenium/Cypress and CI/CD pipeline integration
- Execute manual and automated tests across web/mobile applications
- Document defects using JIRA and drive resolution with development teams
- Conduct root cause analysis and propose process improvements
- Mentor QA team members on best practices and emerging tools
- Collaborate with Product/Engineering to define quality metrics
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience in agile environments
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Strong programming skills in Python/Java/JavaScript
- Experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured)
- Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent preferred
- Experience in fintech or regulated industry a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
