Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for predictive analytics and automation
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business challenges into data solutions
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize product performance
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau and Power BI
- Mentor junior data scientists and champion best practices in data governance
- Present findings to executive stakeholders with clear, compelling narratives
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science and machine learning
- Expert proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Proven track record of deploying production ML models at scale
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow) and CI/CD for ML
