Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance with SaaS products
- Expert proficiency in automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress) and scripting languages
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and QA best practices
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent quality assurance credential
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) and API testing (Postman)
- Proven track record of reducing production defects by 40%+
