Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Lead automation strategy using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright to accelerate release cycles
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins/GitHub Actions for continuous testing
- Document defects using JIRA with clear reproduction steps and severity metrics
- Champion quality metrics through dashboards and root cause analysis
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish testing best practices
- Validate API integrations and microservice architectures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with SaaS/web applications
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium/Cypress/Playwright)
- Proficiency in programming languages (Python/Java/JavaScript)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter/K6)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- ISTQB Foundation or equivalent certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
