Responsibilities
- Lead user research, persona development, and journey mapping to inform design strategy
- Create high-fidelity UI designs, interactive prototypes, and design systems using Figma
- Conduct usability testing and data analysis to iterate on solutions
- Mentor junior designers and establish design governance frameworks
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS product portfolios
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies and data-driven design
- Proven ability to design complex financial interfaces with regulatory compliance
- Experience mentoring designers and establishing design systems
- Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, HCI, or equivalent field
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and measurable impact
