Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test suites using Selenium, Cypress, and CI/CD pipelines
- Lead defect lifecycle management in JIRA and drive root cause analysis
- Champion quality initiatives through Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Conduct exploratory testing and usability evaluations
- Mentor QA engineers and establish testing best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with SaaS applications
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Proficiency in SQL and API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or ISTQB Advanced
- Experience mentoring QA teams
