Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive test plans covering functional, performance, and security requirements
- Lead automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright to accelerate testing cycles
- Execute exploratory testing and root cause analysis for complex defects
- Collaborate with Agile teams to define acceptance criteria and quality metrics
- Champion continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
- Mentor QA engineers and establish best practices across the organization
- Generate actionable QA reports using JIRA and Confluence dashboards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with SaaS/web applications
- Expertise in test automation (Python/Java preferred)
- Strong background in API testing (REST/SOAP) and database validation
- Certification in Agile methodologies (CSM/PSM) or equivalent
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter/K6)
- Knowledge of security testing principles and OWASP standards
- Proficient in SQL and data analysis for test validation
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
