Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test suites using Selenium, Cypress, and Python to accelerate CI/CD pipelines
- Lead defect triage sessions with development teams to drive rapid resolution
- Implement continuous testing strategies within AWS DevOps infrastructure
- Conduct exploratory testing for complex web/mobile applications
- Maintain detailed test documentation and metrics dashboards
- mentor junior QA engineers and foster continuous improvement culture
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software QA with emphasis on automation
- Expertise in Selenium, TestNG, and API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA workflow
- Experience with cloud testing environments (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certified Software Tester (CSTE) or ISTQB Advanced Level preferred
- Proficient in SQL database testing and performance analysis
