Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable backend services using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and infrastructure-as-code initiatives
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical design reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent QuantumLeap at tech conferences
- Drive system performance optimization and security hardening initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production-level software development
- Expertise in at least one modern programming language (Go, Python, or Rust preferred)
- Strong background in cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Proficient with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Experience with event-driven systems and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating contributions to complex systems or open-source projects
