- Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans for web/mobile applications
- Lead automation framework development using Selenium and Cypress
- Implement performance and security testing protocols
- Collaborate with product teams to define quality metrics and KPIs
- Document defects in JIRA and drive resolution processes
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues
- Mentor junior QA engineers on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience in SaaS or enterprise environments
- Expertise in automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certification in ISTQB or similar preferred
- Proficiency in SQL and database testing
