Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Lead automation initiatives using Selenium/Cypress to accelerate release cycles
- Collaborate with product teams to define acceptance criteria and quality gates
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins/GitLab for continuous testing
- Drive quality metrics reporting and defect lifecycle management
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion best practices
- Conduct root cause analysis of production issues
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience in agile environments
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium/Cypress/Playwright)
- Proficiency in API testing with Postman/RestAssured
- Strong SQL skills for database validation
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and test management tools
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
- ISTQB Foundation or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience in fintech or regulated industries a plus
