Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning and deep learning models using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Research & Innovation: Conduct cutting-edge research to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and robustness across various NLP and Computer Vision tasks.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Collaborate with MLOps engineers to build robust CI/CD pipelines, automate training processes, and optimize GPU utilization.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and technical architecture discussions.
- Data Strategy: Work closely with data engineers to ensure high-quality data ingestion, processing, and feature engineering pipelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or AI development.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
- Mathematical Proficiency: Solid understanding of linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics.
- Deployment: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
