Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, performance, security, and accessibility requirements
- Automate regression test suites using Selenium/Cypress and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab)
- Lead defect management processes using JIRA, ensuring 99.9% bug resolution SLAs
- Conduct exploratory testing for complex payment systems and real-time transaction flows
- Mentor junior QA engineers and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with DevOps to optimize test environments and infrastructure
- Document test cases and maintain QA documentation in Confluence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience in SaaS or fintech environments
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress)
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API testing (Postman, SoapUI)
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent quality assurance methodology
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Familiarity with mobile testing (iOS/Android) and emulators
- Proficiency in SQL and database validation techniques
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
