Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for SaaS applications
- Automate regression tests using Selenium and Cypress frameworks
- Lead defect triage sessions with development teams
- Implement performance testing with JMeter and LoadRunner
- Maintain test environments using Docker and Kubernetes
- Document test cases in JIRA and Confluence
- Analyze test metrics to identify process improvements
- Mentor junior QA engineers on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience in cloud-based software
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Strong knowledge of API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent
- Experience with performance testing tools
- Proficiency in SQL and Linux command line
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
