Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive test plans covering functional, performance, security, and regression testing
- Lead automation initiatives using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright to enhance test coverage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document critical quality risks
- Execute manual and automated tests across web, mobile, and API platforms
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to engineering leadership
- Maintain and enhance QA documentation including test cases and defect reports
- Champion continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) quality gates
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA with 3+ years in automation testing
- Expertise in Selenium, TestNG, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab CI)
- Strong knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured) and performance testing (JMeter)
- Experience with defect tracking systems (Jira, Bugzilla) and test management tools
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices
- Ability to write clear technical documentation and test cases
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
