Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end testing frameworks including functional, regression, and performance testing
- Lead automated testing initiatives using Selenium/Cypress and CI/CD integration
- Execute exploratory testing and root cause analysis to identify critical defects
- Maintain and optimize test cases in JIRA/TestRail while documenting quality metrics
- Collaborate with product teams to define quality gates and release criteria
- Drive continuous improvement in QA processes through data-driven insights
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion quality best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA with proven track record in SaaS products
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress) and scripting (Python/Java)
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) and API testing (Postman)
- Proficient in SQL database testing and defect management tools
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent quality assurance credentials
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into test scenarios
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
