Responsibilities

- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and developers to define detailed test plans for new features.
- Lead root-cause analysis for production incidents to prevent regression.
- Mentor junior QA staff and promote a culture of testing excellence across the organization.
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines to facilitate rapid and reliable software releases.
- Conduct performance and load testing to ensure high availability under peak traffic.
- Champion accessibility and security standards across all front-end and back-end interfaces.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance or a related engineering role.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and experience testing microservices architectures.
- Proven expertise with modern test automation tools and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and data validation techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
